A small, perfectly situated, singular vineyard located on the northeast face of the Mt. Etna Volcano.

Positioned in the Panella Petto Dragone Contrada of the Mt. Etna DOC on a natural amphitheater created by an 1865 lava flow at the highest allowable elevation from 850-900 meters that features direct Ionian Sea-facing, lava stone-terraced, 100+ year old, ungrafted, prephylloxera Nerello Mascalese grape vines.

Blindspot Vineyard’s Nerello Mascalese Etna Rosso DOC is an incredibly limited production wine. It is a field-blended Nerello Mascalese (90%) and other indigenous Etna varietals (10%) grown under organic cultivation, minimal processing, and of course hand-harvesting.
